Fees for Counselling and Therapy Services in Crawley, Horsham, West Sussex

I offer a professional one to one counselling service as well as couples counselling.

I will provide a safe and confidential environment for you to talk freely about the issues that brought you to counselling and I will support you in exploring and gaining a better understanding of any issues that may be preventing you from leading a satisfying and resourceful life.

Counselling is about establishing a non-judgemental working relationship between the client and counsellor. It is this relationship that makes it possible to develop trust which I believe is essential to an effective and positive outcome to the therapy.

I do not offer advice but I will encourage you to identify and use your own inner resources that enable you to find your own solutions, make decisions that are right for you and help you to develop personal insight and knowledge.

I have experience of working with:

  • Depression
  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Bereavement
  • Low self-esteem
  • Obesity and weight related issues
  • Work and relationship issues
  • Couples counselling
  • Family Group Conference Facilitation and Mediation
  • Anger Management

Fees

The initial consultation is an assessment to establish whether counselling is appropriate for your needs and to discuss the nature of our future work together. The initial consultation is free.

This consultation will provide an opportunity for you to decide whether counselling is right for you and whether we can work together.

We will come to a mutual agreement on the time and the day for your sessions and I will book that time and space for you. Deep rooted problems may need to be addressed in weekly sessions over a period of months whilst short-term counselling for a specific problem may only take a few weekly sessions.

My fees ** are from £40-£50 for a single client or £60 for couples (cash or cheque only) PER WEEKLY SESSION OF 50 MINS.

Concessions may be negotiable for students and for those on a low income.

Missed sessions are still payable. However, if two weeks notice is given, I will do my best to make up a missed session.
