We offer individual counselling and psychotherapy, couples counselling, Eye Movements Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

We are able to offer short term and long term support and we have extensive experience of working with a variety of presentations including stress, anxiety, panic, depression, loss and bereavement, relationship issues, low self esteem, trauma and sexual abuse as well as having specialist areas of expertise.

Seeking therapy can be daunting for some people therefore when choosing a counsellor/psychotherapist, you need to know that you are turning to someone who is professional, externally verified, works to a high standard and is bound to work within an ethical framework.

Leyla Swan and her team have many years of training and work experience between them. They are accredited members of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and have also worked within the NHS as Psychological Therapists in Primary care.

We are also committed to continuing our professional development to enhance our knowledge and skills and to ensure that we retain our ability to practice safely, ethically and legally within our evolving scope of practice. Therefore you have absolute peace of mind that you have chosen to work with well trained professionals and that you are in safe hands.
